His explanation of the diet made sense and sounded healthy. His plan and recipes were very helpful. Because the diet includes 3 or 4 snacks per day, we seldom feel hungry.

I have lost weight steadily. In slightly under 5 months, I have lost 35 pounds (from 260 to 225). My wife has lost fewer pounds but about the same percentage of her starting weight.

WARNING: Two of the &quot;red light&quot; foods are caffeine and alcohol. Neither of us were coffee drinkers, so giving up caffeine was not hard. Those addicted to their morning coffee may find this difficult.</description>
